As there is a very small window of time to make updates before our warehouse team process your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, new customers are unable to change their details on their first order for fraud prevention reasons.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over £39.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to the e-mail address provided at purchase. If you have an online account, you can check the status of your orders anytime, visit the Order History page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders. Please contact us anytime for help with an order.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is despatched. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will arrive. Pallet deliveries do not come with tracking information.
